Bob Crow accuses Government of All Out Class War.

RMT GENERAL SECRETARY BOB CROW ACCUSES CONDEM GOVERNMENT OF ALL OUT CLASS WAR AS THEY IMPOSE PAY FREEZE ON NURSES WHILE BANKERS BONUSES LET RIP

RMT General Secretary Bob Crow said;

“If you want to see the class war mentality of this elitist Government of millionaires in the raw look no further than their attempts to force pay freezes on nurses and other public service staff while there’s a bonus bonanza ripping through the City. Vince Cable and the ConDems have been exposed as totally impotent when it comes to lifting a finger to halt the bonus outrage sweeping the country. His conference speech on this issue has been shown up as nothing but hot air and bogus promises.
With £7 billion about to be shovelled over in bonuses to the bankers there will be anger on the streets as people realise that the same people who created the UK financial crisis are still living in the lap of luxury while the rest of us are told to take the hit.
With the NHS running out of beds and flu vaccine, commuters bled dry and VAT sent sky high they are still partying like its 1999 down in the Square Mile while Vince Cable and the ConDem Government stand idly by.
So much for sharing the pain. My advice to any worker told they should take a pay freeze or a pay cut this year is to point to the bankers, stand firm and demand a fair deal. That is exactly what RMT will be doing. Our members didnt create this crisis and those that did are laughing all the way to the bank.
We intend to continue to fight for pay deals that protect and improve our members standards of living and we will take no lectures about austerity from the Government or the employers while the boardrooms and bordellos of the City are awash with our cash.”

yeah, excellent point, the left is the only hope for the masses to get a fair deal and be allowed to live in dignity, unfortunately the left continue to be divided and the unions with there disgraceful support of new labour ( margaret thatcher called new labour her greatest legacy)betray those they claim to support. labour would make huge cuts too, whilst supporting the bankers and industrialists that are holding us to ransom, they are financial terrorists. unions will never be of any use to working people if they support labour and allow themselves to be restrained by rules on worker action, they are more interested in protecting there assets and the high wages their leaders get.

How long before Bob is laid low by some mysterious rare illness (Benn?) or exposed in fake scandal involving money(Scargill?) prostitutes or small boys (Leon Brittain???)..Watch out Bob, that same vicious ruling elite don’t like people with principles unafraid to get headlines and tell the truth. And at the moment you are more effective than the whole Labour leadership put together. Watch out, live clean, take care and keep it up!

This Country is Run like a Tinpot Dictatorship For
    the Benefit of the Rich.

We Need Radical Political Change and Direct Consultation via Referendums Offers more Say than
the Divide and Rule but Keep the System Going of
3 Political Parties having a Monopoly on Political
    Life and Policy

The Pressure to Abolish the Oppressive Political and
Economic System must be Increased and We Must Not
Fall for Delusions about this being a Free and
” Democratic ” Country when there is Precious Little
    Consultation.

Instead of Splashing Out for a Royal Wedding it would
be Better to have Monuments Erected to Illustrate the
Enormous Amounts of Money Wasted upon the Occupation
and Oppression of the People of Afghanistan and Iraq
by UK Regimes since 2003 in the Face of so much Desperate Poverty in the UK and a Terrible Economic
Crisis as Well as One to that Example of Politician
Greed and Arrogance the MPS Expenses Scandal .

At least That will Acknowledge the Disgusting Arrogance of Politicians instead of the Diversion
of a Royal Wedding when other People are too Poor
to Even Think about Getting Married

We Need Justice Freedom and Human Rights and this
is All Too Lacking because of UK Regimes of Recent

Visiting sites like this and reading the above posts warms my old heart. Thank you folks and Bob Crow.

But my we have much work to do if we are to wake so many out of the ‘Narnia’ in which they seem to think they live. Only today at the Barbers I was again told how all this is the unemployed’s and workshy’s fault. You honestly could not make the sheer ignorance up could you?

If she was not holding the clippers I may have just reached for her …. yes well. No surprise I suppose when the only rags on the table in the waiting area are the Daily Mail and ‘Hello’. Narnia indeed.

On the same theme. Just one thought edira on your point about ‘members. Sadly I am sure this is not unique. Where I work non union members half blame the union for all this. Then ask why it is not doing something about it? Erm….. you could try bloody joining I respond.
I know of no other outfit where all get the benefits but only members pay into it.

If we do not have unity. We have nothing. Much work to be done yet.

    Cheers
