The last STUC demonstration saw 25,000 people take to the streets of Edinburgh however in the current context of mass cuts to public services October’s Glasgow demonstration has the potential of delivering tens of thousands more.
Upcoming CoR events in Glasgow:Pete & Cat are running the Great Scottish Run to fundraise for the Coalition of ResistanceCoalition of Resistance in Glasgow has pledged to throw its whole weight behind the October 1st protest, to help create the biggest, broadest and most vibrant march in Scotland’s history.
To make this a reality we need funding. This is so that we can go into every community in Glasgow to publicize the march and rally. We want to connect communities and campuses with the organized trade union movement. But to do that we need your help. To donate please click- http://peteandcatrunforcor.blogspot.com/
