I work in the NHS as a nurse in mental health. The cuts are having a direct impact on our ability to provide good care, and our Trust are telling us we have to work harder to ensure that the private sector don’t take over . We can’t work any harder and are being encouraged to take Mutually agreed redundancy to save money. We are totally demoralised .
